陳亦柏 Yibai Chen

被譽為同世代中最具吸引力的大提琴家之一,現居柏林的大提琴家陳亦柏,憑藉極具感染力的現場演奏、深刻的音樂性與無懈可擊的技巧,正迅速獲得國際樂壇矚目。比利時權威媒體《自由比利時報》更盛讚其演出「宛如一道光降臨,引領我們進入另一個世界。」


自2022年於伊莉莎白國際大賽嶄露頭角後,陳亦柏迅速展開耀眼的國際演奏生涯。近年重要演出包括:於布魯塞爾Bozar音樂廳與比利時國家管弦樂團、指揮Joshua Weilerstein合作,世界首演Piet Swerts《大提琴協奏曲》;與中國國家大劇院管弦樂團及指揮Lawrence Foster演出蕭斯塔科維契兩首大提琴協奏曲;首次與捷克室內愛樂管弦樂團及哈根愛樂樂團合作;以及與中國愛樂樂團、指揮余隆合作演出康果爾德《大提琴協奏曲》中國首演。


此外,他曾與眾多世界知名樂團合作,廣受樂評讚譽,包括布魯塞爾廣播愛樂、巴塞爾交響樂團、華沙愛樂管弦樂團、楊納傑克愛樂樂團、上海交響樂團、上海愛樂樂團、廣州交響樂團、德國康士坦茨西南愛樂樂團、羅馬尼亞安奈斯可愛樂樂團及蒂米什瓦拉巴納圖愛樂樂團、海頓愛樂樂團、聖彼得堡愛樂交響樂團、比利時皇家瓦隆室內樂團及波蘭廣播阿瑪迪斯室內樂團等。合作過的指揮家包括余隆、Stéphane Denève、Hugh Wolff、Daniel Raiskin、Christian Ehwald、Vassily Sinaisky、呂嘉、Eivind Aadland與Vahan Mardirossian等。


同時受邀於世界多個頂尖音樂節演出,包括波蘭蕭邦與他的歐洲音樂節、羅馬尼亞喬治.安奈斯可音樂節、瑞士Gstaad曼紐因音樂節、德國Schleswig-Holstein音樂節、德國Mecklenburg-Vorpommern音樂節、萊比錫室內樂音樂節、德國Stars and Rising Stars音樂節、喬治亞 Telavi 音樂節及上海交響樂團的Z+音樂節等,並曾與Arabella Steinbacher、Benjamin Beilman、寧峰、黃俊文、Nils Mönkemeyer、Sarah McElravy 與Martin Helmchen等音樂家合作演出。他近期的室內樂演出包括倫敦威摩爾廳、柏林史坦威之家及瑞士Gstaad曼紐因音樂節等重要舞台。


除了伊莉莎白女王大賽外,他亦於盧托斯拉夫斯基國際大提琴比賽、安奈斯可國際大賽及柴科夫斯基國際大賽等重要賽事中獲獎,同時也是2019年柴科夫斯基大賽最年輕的參賽者。


陳亦柏師承大提琴家暨教育家石坂團十郎,並對他的藝術風格與音樂語彙的養成影響深遠。自瑞士巴塞爾音樂學院畢業後,現於柏林藝術大學隨石坂團十郎攻讀最高演奏文憑,並擔任其助教。早年則於上海音樂學院附中師事劉美娟教授,2022年以駐校藝術家身份重返母校,2024年獲邀擔任著名德國Henle樂譜出版社推廣大使。


陳亦柏現使用一把約製於1780至1800年間、由瓜達尼尼製作的大提琴演出,由德國漢堡Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben基金會慷慨借予使用。



Hailed as one of the most compelling cellists of his generation, Berlin-based Yibai Chen is capturing international acclaim for his magnetic stage presence, profound musicality, and impeccable technique. Belgium's leading publication La Libre Belgique wrote, his performance "came down like a light, taking us to another world."


Since his breakthrough at the Queen Elisabeth Cello Competition in 2022, Yibai Chen has quickly established an impressive international career. Highlights in the recent seasons include the world premiere of Piet Swerts' Cello Concerto at Bozar Brussels with Belgian National Orchestra and Joshua Weilerstein. Both Shostakovich Cello Concertos with China National Centre for the Performing Arts Orchestra (NCPAO) and Lawrence Foster. Debuts with Czech Chamber Philharmonic and Hagen Philharmonic. The Chinese premiere of Korngold's Cello Concerto with China Philharmonic and Long Yu.


Besides, Yibai has received critical acclaim for his collaborations with world-renowned orchestras, such as Brussels Philharmonic, Basel Symphony, Warsaw Philharmonic,  Janáček Philharmonic, Shanghai Symphony, Shanghai Philharmonic, Guangzhou Symphony, Bodensee Philharmonic Konstanz, George Enescu Philharmonic, Banatul Philharmonic of Timisoara, Haydn Philharmonic, St. Petersburg Philharmonic, Royal Chamber Orchestra of  Wallonia, and Amadeus Chamber Orchestra of Polish Radio, among others. Those engagements have brought him under the baton of conductors including Long Yu, Stéphane Denève, Hugh Wolff, Daniel Raiskin, Christian Ehwald, Vassily Sinaisky, Jia Lü, Eivind Aadland and Vahan Mardirossian.


An avid festival artist, Yibai has appeared at many of the world's most prestigious classical music festivals including Chopin and His Europe Festival, George Enescu Festival, Gstaad Menuhin Festival, Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival, Con Spirito Leipzig Music Festival, Stars and Rising Stars Festival, Telavi Music Festival (Georgia), Z+ Music Festival (Shanghai Symphony), performing with artists, such as Arabella Steinbacher, Benjamin Beilman, Ning Feng, Paul Huang, Nils Mönkemeyer, Sarah McElravy, Martin Helmchen.


Yibai performs regularly with his long-time duo partner, pianist Boyang Shi. Recent duo performances include appearances at the Gstaad Menuhin Festival, Wigmore Hall, and Steinway Haus Berlin, further affirming Yibai's reputation as an outstanding soloist and chamber musician with a growing international following.


Yibai's competition achievements further highlight his exceptional talent. In addition to his success at the Queen Elisabeth Cello Competition, he has been a major prize winner at the Lutoslawski Cello Competition, the George Enescu Cello Competition, and the Tchaikovsky Cello Competition (2019) as the youngest candidate across all categories.


Yibai studied under Prof. Danjulo Ishizaka, whose mentorship has played a key role in shaping his artistic voice and musical sensibility. A graduate of the Music Academy Basel, he is currently pursuing the Konzertexamen (Artistic Diploma) under Prof. Ishizaka at the University of the Arts Berlin, where he also serves as his teaching assistant. Earlier in his musical journey, Yibai trained with Prof. Meijuan Liu at the Music Middle School Affiliated to the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, which now proudly welcomes him back as its Artist-in-Residence. He is also an ambassador for Henle Verlag, the world-renowned publisher of urtext classical editions.
