2017年誕生，由作曲家李哲藝促成，企業家雷輝與各界藝文愛好者支持成立，並由臺灣電腦教父—施振榮先生成立後援會。集結了實力堅強的臺灣音樂家，是全臺唯一以演出臺灣音樂為主的專業古典樂團。近三年來每年演出超過150場，平均售票率達九成以上。灣聲樂團以古典音樂為基礎語言，期望將「古典音樂臺灣化，臺灣音樂古典化」。目前出版有專輯11張，並於2020至2023年連年入圍金曲獎傳統暨藝術音樂類最佳編曲獎。

臺灣音樂源於風景和土地的記憶，成為每個人心中的旋律。四百多年臺灣史上，許多族群用音樂留下了獨有的痕跡，灣聲樂團將這些元素收集起來，或老歌新唱、或全新創作，致力於將臺灣音樂精緻化，並運用創意規劃為各式演出，讓觀眾在音樂喚起的情感中連結在一起，令音樂會不再曲高和寡。臺灣音樂的獨特魅力更驚艷國際，宛如發生在臺灣的國民樂派（Nationalist Music），展現出「愈在地、愈國際」的跨文化力量。

透過超高滿座率和金曲獎入圍肯定，灣聲樂團在這片土地上播下新的音符，於2022年成立「灣聲國際股份有限公司」成為正式職業樂團。2023年首次舉辦國際音樂比賽，展開國際巡演。持續為臺灣人奏響驕傲的旋律，並在演出上探索更多可能性。

Founded in 2017 by composer Che-Yi Lee with the support of entrepreneur Hui Lei and art enthusiasts, along with backing from Taiwan's "Godfather of Computing," Stan Shih, OneSong Orchestra unites Taiwan's most talented musicians and is the only professional orchestra in Taiwan dedicated primarily to performing Taiwanese music. In recent years, the Orchestra has presented over 150 performances annually, with an average ticket sales rate exceeding 90%. OneSong Orchestra uses classical music as its foundational language, aiming to "infuse classical music with a Taiwanese spirit and bring a classical touch to Taiwanese music." To date, the Orchestra has released eleven albums and has been nominated for the Golden Melody Awards for Best Arrangement in Traditional and Art Music consecutively from 2020 to 2023.

Taiwanese music is deeply rooted in the memories of its landscapes and lands, forming melodies in the hearts of its people. Throughout Taiwan's 400-year history, various cultural groups have left unique musical imprints. OneSong Orchestra collects these elements, either by breathing new life into old songs or through entirely original compositions, to refine and enrich Taiwanese music. The Orchestra's creative performances connect audiences emotionally, making concerts more accessible and resonant. Taiwanese music's distinctive charm continues to captivate international audiences, embodying a form of Nationalist Music that demonstrates the "more local, more global" power of cross-cultural connection.

With high attendance rates and recognition from the Golden Melody Awards, OneSong Orchestra has planted new musical seeds across Taiwan. In 2022, the Orchestra formally transitioned into a professional ensemble under the newly established OneSong International Co., Ltd. In 2023, it held its first international music competition and embarked on international tours. The Orchestra continues to play proud melodies for the people of Taiwan, exploring new possibilities in every performance.
