中生代指揮家張尹芳，自幼在臺灣接受紮實完整的音樂教育。2006 至 2022 年間，於國家交響樂團（NSO）先後擔任助理指揮及駐團指揮，深耕節目策劃與舞臺演出，累積了豐厚的樂團訓練與指揮經驗。

近年來，張尹芳多次受國家級場館邀約，指揮 NSO 歌劇音樂會《風流寡婦》、澳洲歌劇院製作《弄臣》、衛武營《瘋迷舒伯特》系列與《遇見胡桃鉗的女孩》等大型節目，均獲好評。擅長跨界調度與製作的她，合作觸角更廣及舞蹈、偶戲、繪本、視覺藝術與動畫，除《NSO永遠的童話》系列，更分別與張艾嘉、王耀慶攜手打造融合戲劇與音樂的多媒體舞台作品《仲夏夜之夢》、《皮爾金》，並與金曲樂團蘇打綠、國際知名跨界組合「Igudesman & Joo」合作呈現別具特色的舞台面貌。

在當代與本土作品的推廣上，張尹芳亦不遺餘力。除了錄製臺灣原住民交響創作專輯《山海琴原》，受邀指揮亞太音樂節開幕音樂會並首演多位作曲家新作，亦受臺北市立國樂團之邀，指揮《反景入深林─向周文中致敬》音樂會及錄音製作。2023 年於C-LAB聲響藝術節演出法國IRCAM之《大都會》；2023 至 2025 年更受邀擔任台新藝術獎觀察提名人，深入臺灣當代藝術的前沿脈動。

張尹芳與國內外團隊的合作包含日本金澤管絃樂團、香港城市室樂團及臺灣各大頂尖中西樂團。並受邀參與總統府音樂會、日本金澤音樂祭等重要場合。除演出活動外，她對古典音樂的推廣與教育持續投入，試圖在藝術與大眾之間開拓新穎且具啟蒙性的連結，現兼任教於國立臺北藝術大學與國立臺灣師範大學音樂系。

Yin-Fang Chang, receiving a complete music education since young age in Taiwan, had been the Assistant Conductor and Resident Conductor respectively of the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO) between 2006 and 2022 when she was heavily involved with programing and stage performances. The experience earned her great reputation in both conducting and ensemble training.

In recent years, Chang's widely acclaimed guest performances include NSO's concert version of Die lustige Witwe, Opera Australia's production of Rigoletto, National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts' Crazy about Schubert and The Girl and Her Nutcracker Series, among others. Also specialized in crossover productions, her collaborations encompass a wide range of performing and visual arts, e.g. dance, puppetry, picture book, and animation. Such productions include NSO's Forever Fairy Tales series, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Peer Gynt (multimedia musicals with Sylvia Chang and Wang Yaoqing), as well as stage performances with award winning group Sodagreen and internationally renowned duo Igudesman & Joo.

Being a fervent advocate of contemporary music and Taiwanese composers, Chang has been a frequent participant of the Asia-Pacific Music Festival where she was invited to conduct it opening concerts and premiered many new works, besides making the record album of Senay, a large scale symphonic work based on aboriginal folksongs from Taiwan. She was invited by TCO to conduct the memorial concert Reflections in the Deep Woods: Homage to Chou Wen-chung of which a recording was made. In 2023, she performed IRCAM's production Metropolitan at C-LAB Sound Festival. Between 2023 and 2025, Chang was a jury member of the Taishin Arts Award which involves deeply in the pulse of contemporary arts of Taiwan.

Besides several distinguished Western classical and Chinese orchestras in Taiwan, Chang had performed with Kanazawa Orchestra in Japan and City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong, in such events as the Taiwan's Presidential Office Concert and Kanazawa Music Festival. In addition to performance activities, she also devotes herself in music education and promotion of classical music, striving for an innovative organic link between high arts and the society. Chang is currently an adjunct faculty member at National Taipei University of Arts and National Taiwan Normal University.
