許瀞心教授於2003-2022年應聘為國立臺灣師範大學音樂學系交響樂團指揮及指揮教授。旅美22載期間曾任職美國舊金山女子愛樂交響樂團指揮及藝術總監、密蘇里州春田市交響樂團音樂總監暨指揮、奧瑞岡州尤金市莫札特室內樂團音樂總監暨指揮、波特蘭奧瑞岡交響樂團助理指揮及任教於明尼蘇達州之聖克勞德州立大學。 

許教授擔任客席指揮之演出足跡遍布南北美洲、歐亞洲及俄羅斯等地。曾與諸多獨奏家合作，包含辛明峰、辛幸純、高虹、郭雅志、林昭亮、胡乃元、章雨亭、陳必先、陳宏寬、簡碧青、嚴俊傑、吳菡、David Finckel, Steven Isserlis, Andre Watts, Gil Shaham, Sarah Chang, Gary Karr, Angela Hewitt, Tony Bennett, Maureen McGovern及Judy Collins等知名音樂家。 

2000-2016年夏擔任紐約州Bard College指揮家研究院之首席客席指揮教授。 現任國內音樂類項評委，並數度受邀擔任新加坡全國音樂比賽評委。近年客席指揮包含2014新加坡交響管樂團、2015首爾愛樂交響樂團、2016新加坡Braddell Heights 交響樂團及越南西貢愛樂交響樂團、2018新加坡南洋藝術學院交響樂團80週年校慶音樂會、2019臺北市靜心高中管弦樂團義大利、奧地利巡演、美國辛辛那提音樂院暑期《莫扎特費加洛婚禮》歌劇營擔任客席指揮教授。2019率臺師大合唱團及交響樂團於高雄衛武營演出。2020客席指揮科羅拉多州All State Symphony Orchestra 及南密西西比州立大學交響樂團、2023堪薩斯州 All State String Orchestra。並曾客席指揮臺北市立國樂團、MIT米特薩克斯風重奏團、台北室內合唱團、中國國家交響樂團及貴陽交響樂團。 

近年教學相長，培育多位具指揮天份之學子，數位青年指揮家並頻獲國際指揮大獎及任職國內外專業樂團。許指揮曾任醫聲室內樂團與基隆交響管樂團顧問，現任新逸交響樂團常任指揮並擔任輔仁大學交響樂團、靜心中學交響樂團指揮及任教於輔仁大學音樂系及臺灣師範大學音樂系研究所。

Maestra Hsu has previously served as the Music Director and Conductor of the Springfield Symphony in Missouri, Artistic Director of The Women's Philharmonic in San Francisco, Music Director and Conductor of the Oregon Mozart Players in Eugene, Oregon and as Affiliate Artist/NEA Assistant Conductor of the Oregon Symphony, in the United States. 

Maestra Hsu joined the faculty as the symphony orchestra director at the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNUSO) in 2003-2022. In the summers of 2000-2016, Maestra Hsu served as faculty member at The Conductor's Institute at Bard College in New York. Currently, Maestra Hsu is the resident conductor of the NewArt symphony orchestra in Taipei. She is on the faculty at NTNU and Fu Jen Catholic University in Taipei, conducting the FJCUSO and teaching conducting at both institutions. She has taught at various conservatories, including Sydney, Cincinnati and UCLA. Her pupils have held conducting positions with major symphonies and higher education institutions.
